Cancellation Policy
All booked services require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Text and email reminders are sent accordingly to help you manage your appointments with ease. All cancellations outside of this time requirement are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service(s) amount. Appointments cancelled within 24 hour notice are subject to a 100% fee.
Late appointments are allotted a 15 minute grace period window. After which, you may be asked to alter or reschedule your appointment. Each of my appointments are scheduled a unique amount of time for me to properly perform your scheduled service.
Complimentary adjustments are available within 7 days of your original service. After that time, additional appointments are considered new services.
